AITECH EU AI ACT COMPLIANT
Our Commitment to EU AI Act Compliance
At AITECH we are committed to ensuring that our AI systems, models, and services align with
the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act) and other applicable regulations.
As a platform hosting AI tools – including AVACHAT and our AI Marketplace – we recognize
the importance of transparency, accountability, and responsible innovation.
Below are the key steps we follow to ensure ongoing compliance with the EU AI Act:
Risk Classification of AI Models, AI Systems or AI Applications
We assess all AI systems and models hosted or deployed on our platform using the EU AI
Act's four-tier risk framework:
Unacceptable Risk – Prohibited (not allowed on our platform)
High Risk – Requires strict compliance if hosted
Limited Risk – Transparency obligations implemented (e.g., AVACHAT chatbot)
Minimal or No Risk – Informational, low-impact tools (e.g., open datasets)
Each system is tagged based on its intended use, functionality, and potential impact.
2. Transparency and AI Disclosure
In accordance with Article 52 of the EU AI Act, we ensure users are clearly informed when
they are interacting with AI systems. We provide:
AI interaction disclaimers on AVACHAT and other tools
Pop-up notices and consent banners for Limited Risk systems
In-platform labels for AI-generated outputs and downloadable models (e.g.,
message stating “Powered by AI” or “Powered by AI Technology”).
3. Human Oversight
Our AI tools are designed to assist – not replace – human judgment. Important decisions,
especially those related to your health, legal matters, finances, or personal well-being,
should always be reviewed or made by a qualified professional.COMPLIANCE TAB – AITECH EU AI ACT COMPLIANT
4. User Responsibility & Due Diligence
We are committed to supporting responsible and transparent use of AI by providing clear
information about each tool or project available on our platform. While we do not directly
engage with developers, we help users make informed decisions by:
• Displaying risk disclaimers on AI model and project pages
• Labeling AI systems where applicable to indicate potential use-case risks
• Encouraging users to assess the suitability and legal requirements for their specific
use before deploying any AI tool
Users are expected to exercise due diligence and comply with any relevant laws or
regulations, including the EU AI Act, especially when applying AI tools in regulated or
sensitive contexts.
5. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
We regularly audit hosted models and applications to ensure continued compliance. We
also monitor changes to EU regulations and industry best practices and adapt our platform
policies accordingly.
6. Contact & Inquiries
For questions, requests, or legal inquiries related to our compliance with the EU AI Act,
please contact our compliance team:

By taking these steps, AITECH ensures our AI offerings are not only innovative and useful,
but also safe, transparent, and legally compliant in line with European standards.
