Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and participation in Solidus AI Tech’s DAO Governance platform, including voting, proposal submissions, and any other interactions facilitated through the <https://aitech.io/vote> portal.

1. Acceptance of Terms By connecting your wallet and participating in DAO governance, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use, as well as Solidus AI Tech Ltd primary Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosures and Warning, and AML/KYC Policies.

2. Purpose of DAO Governance The DAO governance mechanism allows token holders to propose, vote on, and help shape community-driven initiatives related to Solidus AI Tech Ltd. Participation does not create a partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between participants and Solidus AI Tech.

3. Voting & Token Mechanics Voting power is based on the amount of AITECH tokens held or staked, as determined by the platform’s smart contracts. Voting results are advisory unless executed automatically through approved smart contracts.

4. No Financial or Legal Advice The governance process is for participatory decision-making only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No decision made via the DAO should be relied upon for investment purposes.

5. Smart Contract Risks All interactions are facilitated through blockchain-based smart contracts, which are immutable once executed. Participants assume all risks associated with bugs, exploits, or technical failures.

6. Compliance & Restricted Jurisdictions It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation is legal in your jurisdiction. Solidus AI Tech Ltd reserves the right to restrict participation from sanctioned countries or regions due to regulatory constraints.

7. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solidus AI Tech Ltd disclaims liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the DAO governance platform.

8. Non-Discrimination Policy

Solidus AI Tech Ltd DAO is open to all eligible participants and operates on principles of fairness, equality, and inclusion. The DAO does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

9. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Amendments.

In case of disputes related to services provided by Solidus AI Tech Ltd, the competent courts are the Courts of the United Kingdom, with jurisdiction in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Solidus AI Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
