Before proceeding, please read and accept the following terms:

1. Program Overview The Solidus AI Tech Ltd Compute Grant Program offers non-cash grants in the form of compute resource credits. Participation is subject to resource availability, eligibility verification, and internal evaluation criteria.

2. No Guarantee of Award Grant awards are not guaranteed. All applications are subject to review, approval, modification, or rejection at the sole discretion of Solidus AI Tech Ltd.

3. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice Nothing in this program constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. It should not be construed as an offer of equity, token allocation, or financial partnership.

4. Grant Amount Clarification The advertised “$1,000,000 Compute Grant” refers to the total maximum compute resource value available across all approved participants. Actual grant amounts will vary depending on the project’s merit, scale, technical requirements, and infrastructure capacity. Individual grant awards may be significantly less than this total amount.

5. Program Modifications Solidus AI Tech Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

6. No Relationship Created Participation in the Compute Grant Program establishes a relationship of a customer or licensee of the compute resources provided by Solidus AI Tech Ltd, and does not create a fiduciary, employment, agency, or commercial partnership relationship between the applicant and Solidus AI Tech Ltd.

7. Compliance Obligations All applicants are solely responsible for ensuring their legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations are met within their jurisdiction and business activities.

8. Liability Waiver By applying for or participating in the Compute Grant Program, you expressly agree that Solidus AI Tech Ltd and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or disruption arising from your use (or inability to use) the compute resources provided.

This includes but is not limited to:

· project delays or failure,

· data loss,

· technical interruptions,

· system outages, or

· the performance of AI models deployed on our infrastructure

All compute resources are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and usage is at your own risk. You agree to indemnify and hold Solidus AI Tech harmless from any claims or damages arising from their participation in the program.

9. Non-Discrimination Policy

Solidus AI Tech Ltd DAO is open to all eligible participants and operates on principles of fairness, equality, and inclusion. The DAO does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

10. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Amendments

In case of disputes related to services provided by Solidus AI Tech Ltd, the competent courts are the Courts of the United Kingdom, with jurisdiction in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Solidus AI Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Terms & Policy Acknowledgment You confirm that you have read, acknowledge, and agree to Solidus AI Tech Ltd Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, AML/KYC Policies, and Risk Disclosures and Warnings, as posted on our official AITECH website.
