DAO Governance Disclaimer
Version: 1.0 | Effective Date: August 4, 2025 | Last updated Date: August 4, 2025
Before proceeding, please read and accept the following terms:
1. Governance & Token Risk Notice Participation in Solidus AI Tech Ltd DAO governance is limited to holders of the native token (AITECH). Voting rights are proportional to tokens staked. This proportionality may lead to a concentration of power among large token holders, potentially impacting the fairness and decentralization of decision-making within the DAO.
2. No Investment or Financial Advice The DAO governance platform is for participatory decision-making only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. No reliance should be placed on this platform for investment or trading decisions.
3. Smart Contract & Security Risks All interactions occur via blockchain-based smart contracts. While these smart contracts may have undergone audits, they remain immutable once deployed. Audits do not guarantee the absence of all vulnerabilities or bugs. Once enacted, proposals cannot be reversed without a hard fork or coordinated migration. Users assume all risks, including bugs, exploits or irreversible outcomes.
4. Regulatory & Jurisdictional Restrictions Participants acknowledge that AITECH DAO tokens, or similar digital assets, may be considered unregistered securities or be subject to other regulatory classifications in various jurisdictions, including but not limited to the U.S., EU, UK, and other regulated markets. Participation in DAO governance may therefore be restricted or prohibited in certain regions. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions in your jurisdiction regarding your eligibility to participate in DAO governance and hold AITECH tokens.
5. Liability Waiver
By continuing, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Solidus AI Tech Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and any third-party operators, auditors, or service providers involved in the DAO governance platform, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, whether in law or in equity, arising from or relating to your participation in DAO governance, including but not limited to proposal outcomes, token burns, staking rewards, losses of tokens, or any other decisions or actions made through DAO governance.
6. Terms & Policy Acknowledgment You confirm that you have read and agree to Solidus AI Tech Ltd Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, AML/KYC Policies, and Risk Disclosures and Warnings, as posted on our official website.
