Token Burn Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and participation in Solidus AI Tech’s “My Burned Tokens” feature, including wallet connections, token burns, and any other interactions facilitated through the Burn Dashboard portal.

1. Acceptance of Terms By connecting your wallet and initiating a token burn, you explicitly confirm your acceptance of these Terms, as well as Solidus AI Tech’s primary Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosures and Warnings, and AML/KYC Policies . Your continued use of the 'My Burned Tokens' feature constitutes ongoing agreement to these terms.

2. Functionality Users may connect a non-custodial wallet and burn any amount of AITECH tokens, permanently removing them from circulation. This feature serves solely as a public gesture of support for the community and does not generate financial, voting, or other benefits.

3. Risk Acknowledgement Users acknowledge that burns are irreversible and final, transactions may fail due to network or smart contract errors, and Solidus AI Tech Ltd bears no responsibility for losses resulting from such issues. Users also acknowledge the inherent volatility of cryptocurrency prices and understand that the irreversible nature of token burns means any perceived value is permanently foregone.

4. No Refunds or Recourse All token burns are final. No refunds, compensation, or reversals will be provided under any circumstances.

5. Compliance & Restricted Jurisdictions Users must ensure their participation complies with local laws. Solidus AI Tech Ltd reserves the right to block access to this feature in jurisdictions where such activity is sanctioned, prohibited or regulated.

6. Public Display and Intellectual Property By using this feature, you grant Solidus AI Tech Ltd the right to publicly display aggregate statistics or anonymized data about token burns for transparency and community engagement purposes.

7. Liability Limitation To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solidus AI Tech Ltd disclaims liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Token Burn mechanism or using the platform.

8. Non-Discrimination Policy

Solidus AI Tech Ltd Token Burn mechanism is open to all eligible participants and operates on principles of fairness, equality, and inclusion. The Token Burn mechanism does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

9. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Amendments.

In case of disputes related to services provided by Solidus AI Tech Ltd, the competent courts are the Courts of the United Kingdom, with jurisdiction in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Solidus AI Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
