Compute Grant Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Solidus AI Tech Ltd Compute Grant Program (“Program”). By submitting an application or using the compute resources under the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility Applicants must be 18+ years old and may include individuals, startups, or companies working on AI projects in Web2 or Web3 sectors. Participation is subject to KYC/AML screening where applicable.
2. Nature of the Grant The grant consists of non-transferable compute credits or access to infrastructure and does not constitute monetary compensation. No cash equivalent or transfer rights are provided.
3. Application & Evaluation Applications are reviewed based on internal criteria, including innovation, scalability, AI usage, and feasibility. Solidus AI Tech Ltd reserves full discretion to approve, reject, or partially fund any application.
4. Limitations and Cap The stated $1,000,000 represents the total compute grant pool available. Individual grants may range from smaller credits to larger allocations and will depend on resource availability and project merit.
5. Usage Restrictions Grant recipients must use compute credits solely for approved purposes. Misuse including fraudulent activity, illegal AI applications, or reselling compute access—will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
6. No Guarantee or Endorsement Approval does not imply endorsement of your project. Solidus AI Tech Ltd makes no guarantees as to the success, uptime, performance, or market value resulting from the use of the resources granted.
7. Intellectual Property Applicants retain ownership of their projects and content. However, Solidus AI Tech may request non-confidential summaries of the project for use in reports or marketing (subject to approval).
8. Compliance & Law Participants must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to AI usage, privacy, and export control. Solidus AI Tech Ltd may revoke access in response to regulatory inquiries or legal concerns.
9. Termination Solidus AI Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate grant access at any time for breach of terms, misuse, or external compliance requirements.
10. Non-Discrimination Policy Solidus AI Tech Ltd does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status. All eligible applicants are welcome to apply and will be evaluated based on merit, innovation, and alignment with the program’s goals.
11. Liability & Indemnity To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solidus AI Tech Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the compute grant.
12. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Amendments.
In case of disputes related to services provided by Solidus AI Tech Ltd, the competent courts are the Courts of the United Kingdom, with jurisdiction in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Solidus AI Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Terms & Policy Acknowledgment You confirm that you have read, acknowledge, and agree to Solidus AI Tech Ltd Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, AML/KYC Policies, and Risk Disclosures and Warnings, as posted on our official AITECH website.
