Compute Marketplace – Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Solidus AI Tech Compute Marketplace (“Platform”), which provides access to cloud-based compute infrastructure, including GPU and high-performance computing services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration and Verification
To access services on the Platform, you must:
Create an account with accurate, current information
Complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and/or Know-Your-Business (KYB) identity verification
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Promptly update any personal or business information when it changes
Solidus AI Tech reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.
4. Services Provided
The Platform offers on-demand access to cloud-based compute resources for legitimate and authorized use cases, including but not limited to:
AI/ML model training
Data processing
Rendering and simulations
Blockchain and crypto-related workloads (where permitted)
Service availability may vary depending on region, demand, and legal restrictions.
5. Acceptable Use
Users must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and may not use the Platform for any illegal, unethical, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
Cyberattacks, hacking, or malware deployment
Deepfake generation for fraud or impersonation
Money laundering or terrorism financing
Use in violation of sanctions or export control laws
Cryptocurrency mining in jurisdictions where it is restricted
Abuse of compute infrastructure for unauthorized surveillance, scraping, or exploitation
Violations may result in immediate termination of service and referral to legal authorities.
6. Payments and Fees
Users are responsible for paying all applicable fees as shown at the time of GPU or compute resource rental.
Payments may be made in fiat or approved cryptocurrencies.
All transactions are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or transaction fees associated with your use of the Platform.
7. Data Privacy and Security
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws. We use industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted or stored data.
8. Suspension and Termination
Solidus AI Tech may suspend or terminate access to the Platform without notice if:
You violate these Terms or any associated policies
Your account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk
Required by law or government order
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at ADMIN@AITECH.IO.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, code, systems, branding, and content on the Platform are the intellectual property of Solidus AI Tech or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, copy, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solidus AI Tech is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss
Unauthorized access to or use of your account or data
Regulatory penalties caused by your misuse of services
Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for services during the 30 days prior to any claim.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, power outages, legal restrictions, or service provider failures.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., the State of Delaware, United States]. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
