solely responsible for:

• Understanding the potential impact and regulatory obligations

• Ensuring compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR, and other applicable laws

• Avoiding misuse or unsafe deployment in real-world or regulated environments

4. No Direct Developer Liability

The AI Marketplace does not vet, verify, or endorse individual contributors or guarantee that

models are compliant or safe. We do not have a direct relationship with model developers.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use any AI system hosted on this platform for:

• Surveillance or biometric identification without legal basis

• Manipulative or deceptive practices (e.g., deepfakes, disinformation, etc.)

• Applications that violate human rights, safety standards, or national laws

6. Data Privacy

uploading or inputting personal, sensitive, or confidential data when interacting with any
